The Alchemy Process
Private 1:1 Sessions

A private session is a deep dive into your subconscious mind to uncover the root cause of your challenges. Using regression techniques, CBT, NLP, and transformative therapeutic methods, we work together to reframe limiting beliefs and create lasting change. This level of insight helps you understand why you feel stuck, offering clarity and healing at the source.
After your session, you’ll receive a personalized guided hypnosis audio to listen to daily for at least 30 days. This repetition is key to rewiring your subconscious and solidifying your transformation.
Guided Hypnosis Audio
If you're looking for a powerful yet accessible tool for change, guided hypnosis audios are a great option. These recordings help reprogram your subconscious by embedding new beliefs and behaviors through consistent listening. While they don’t involve the deep exploration of a 1:1 session, they are highly effective for mindset shifts, relaxation, and self-improvement.
To deepen the impact of your guided hypnosis we offer a personalized guided audio. By providing your name, issue, symptoms, goals and ideal habits, we can create a personalized audio just for you.
Frankie is a certified Hypnotherapist, Rapid Transformational Therapist®, Holistic Health Coach, Reiki Practitioner and Mental Health Advocate.
Frankie has trained in Therapeutic Skills & Counselling at the Metanoia Institute, RTT™ & Hypnotherapy at The Marisa Peer School, Holistic Health Coaching with The Academy of Healing Nutrition, Reiki Levels 1, 2 & 3 with The Calmery, Levels 1,2 and 3 with Transformational Breath UK and EFT Tapping at The London College of Psychic Studies.
Frankie is a member of the IAC and is accredited in Hypnotherapy and RTT with the IACT and AACPH.
